House wins Victory for Animals... now we need the Senate
On Wednesday, the U.S. House of Representatives voted nearly unanimously to pass H.R. 5566, the Prevention of Interstate Commerce in Animal Crush Videos Act of 2010. Congress will soon recess for the remainder of the summer, but we are hopeful that a Senate companion bill will be introduced when the session resumes in September.

Can you read English well enough to understand what this article is about? This is a victory for animals in this country who were cruelly abused by people who take pleasure in torturing them for the camera and then making profit from it. WHERE IS THE LOVE IN THAT? Is this a common practice in your country?
I think you need to find a translator and read this again, it's not a criticism but a celebration!!!
